Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and MarkKings Group LLC, the company that operates The AI Dojo at https://aidojo.markkingsgroup.com. By creating an account, joining a membership, or using this website, you agree to everything written here. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the membership.

1. Who can join

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You agree to give accurate account and billing information and to keep it up to date. Accounts are personal to one individual. If you sign up on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for that company.

2. What the membership includes

A membership gives you access, for as long as it stays active and paid, to the training classroom, the community area, the belt progression path, and the live sessions included in the plan you purchased. Included features differ by plan and are described on the pricing section of our site at the time you join. We may add, change, or retire individual lessons, templates, tools, or session formats as the material is kept current, and we will not reduce the core value of the plan you paid for during a billing period you already paid for.

3. Billing, renewals, and cancellation

Memberships are recurring subscriptions billed monthly in USD through our payment processor. Your first charge is taken when you join and renewals are charged automatically on the same date each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your billing portal or by emailing aidojo@markkingsgroup.com. Cancelling stops future charges and your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. Refunds are governed by our refund policy. If a payment fails, we may retry it and may suspend access until the balance is settled. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase.

4. Use of the material

All lessons, recordings, templates, prompts, workflows, documents, and other material inside The AI Dojo belong to MarkKings Group LLC or to the people who licensed them to us. You get a personal, non exclusive, non transferable license to use them for your own learning and for building your own projects and client work. You may not share your login, resell or republish the material, upload it to another course or community, distribute recordings, or use it to build a competing training product. Anything you create with what you learn is yours.

5. Community conduct

The community only works when people are useful to each other. Do not post spam, unsolicited sales pitches, recruitment offers, harassment, hate speech, adult material, or anything unlawful. Do not share other members' private information or screenshots of private discussions outside the community. Do not use the platform to promote schemes that promise guaranteed income. We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules, and serious breaches can end a membership without refund.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the posts, questions, projects, and comments you share. By posting in the community you give us permission to host, display, and reproduce that content inside the platform so it can be shown to other members, and to keep a copy in backups. You confirm you have the right to post what you share. We can remove content that breaks these terms.

7. Third party tools and costs

The training references outside tools such as AI model providers, automation platforms, hosting, and domain registrars. Those services are run by other companies under their own terms and are billed separately by them. MarkKings Group LLC does not control their pricing, availability, model behavior, or policies, and is not responsible for charges you incur with them.

8. No guarantee of results

The AI Dojo provides education and implementation guidance only. We do not guarantee employment, clients, revenue, profit, or any other financial or career outcome. What you get out of the membership depends on your own effort, skill, market, and circumstances. Nothing on this site or inside the platform is financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.

9. Availability

We work to keep the platform available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Access can be affected by maintenance, updates, or issues with providers we rely on. Live sessions are scheduled in advance and can occasionally be moved or replaced with a recording when something unavoidable comes up.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, MarkKings Group LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost business, or lost data, arising from your use of the site or the membership. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Ending your access

You can end your membership at any time by cancelling. We can suspend or end access if you break these terms, if a payment is not settled, if you file a chargeback without first contacting support, or if we are required to do so by law. When access ends, your license to use the material ends with it.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform develops. When we make a material change we will update the date at the top of this page and, where it affects your membership, notify members by email. Continuing to use the site or the membership after an update means you accept the revised terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and the United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
