MarkKings Group LLC operates The AI Dojo at https://aidojo.markkingsgroup.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what control you have over it. It applies to this website and to the member platform.

Information you give us

When you join or contact us, we collect your name, email address, and any details you include in a message or support request. When you request a free download, such as our AI jobs guide, we collect your name, email address, and phone number so we can deliver the download and, only if you opt in, send you related offers and updates. When you post inside the community we store your posts, comments, profile details, and any files you upload. If you attend a live session, we may record it, including the audio and any questions asked, so it can be replayed by members.

Payment information

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number and full payment details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our systems. We receive limited billing information such as the last four digits of the card, the card brand, your billing country, and the status of each charge, so we can manage your membership and answer billing questions.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we collect basic technical data when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, and timestamps. Inside the member platform we also record activity such as lessons completed, belt progress, and login events, so the platform can show your progress and so we can keep accounts secure.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar storage for essential purposes, such as keeping you signed in and remembering your preferences, and for basic analytics that tell us which pages are used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but essential cookies are needed for sign in to work. Our cookie policy lists each category we use, how long it lasts, and the controls available to you.

How we use your information

To create and run your account, give you access to the training and community, process payments and renewals, provide support, track your belt progress, keep the platform secure and free of abuse, improve the material and the site, meet legal and accounting obligations, and send service messages about your account. We send marketing email only where you have opted in or where you are a member and it relates to the membership, and you can unsubscribe from those at any time.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as far as they need it: our payment processor (Stripe), our hosting and database provider, our email provider, live session and video hosting tools, and analytics tools. We may also disclose information where the law requires it, to protect our legal rights, or as part of a business transfer such as a sale or merger. Community posts you make are visible to other members of the platform.

Where your information is held

Your information is stored on servers operated by our providers, which may be located in the United States or other countries. Where information is transferred internationally, we rely on our providers' standard safeguards for that transfer.

How long we keep it

We keep account information for as long as your account is active. After you cancel we keep it for a limited period so you can return without losing your progress, and we keep billing and tax records for as long as the law requires. Community posts may remain visible after an account closes unless you ask us to remove them.

Security

We protect information with access controls, encrypted connections, database level security rules, and restricted staff access. No system is completely secure, so please use a strong password, do not share your login, and tell us straight away if you think your account has been accessed by someone else.

Your choices and rights

You can view and update your profile in your account, unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in the message, and ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to object to certain processing or to complain to your local data protection authority. To make a request, email aidojo@markkingsgroup.com from the address on your account. We reply within 30 days.

Children

The AI Dojo is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Other sites

The training links to outside tools and websites. Those sites have their own privacy policies and we are not responsible for how they handle your information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the platform changes. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we notify members by email when a change materially affects them.
